I enjoyed this episode. I am not at all a vest person but as soon as you mentioned wearing one over a t-shirt, I got interested. I'm now perusing patterns from your show notes. THANKS!

Nadia Lewis

I'm so in a vest mood right now. Sleeves never fit right anyway!

Trish

Thanks for another fantastic episode. I listened while cleaning my oven. Weird, but true. I'm definitely thinking of vests.....

I just finished a vest, the shawl collared cardigan vest from Meg Swanson's Handknitting book - it has cables and I did it in some cream colored aran like wool I have had forever (Penguin brand!) but not enough for a sweater. I finally did steeking, and learned how to do I-cord edging, and a couple other small things from this one small project. Very satisfactory, and a quick knit! Especially for someone who is knitting a lot of lace!

Hey girls! With the new iPhone software, you can search podcasts right from iTunes. Trouble is, I can't find the show by looking under "hobbies". I can only get to you by searching directly, and then I can only see the last 9 episodes! I thought I got about 30 of them one day, but now I have no idea how I did that. Any ideas why you're not coming up under the hobbies section?

Erika

Argh, I haven't listened to the podcast yet, but I saw the post title and I've been humming the song ever since. THANKS FOR NOTHING!

(Like my loafers? Former gophers!)

Thank you for the complements on my Kaino :)

As usual, you two are on the bleeding edge of fashion: I have been noticing the surge of vests in the clothing stores lately. Figures this would happen just when C and I got rid of all our vests!

Jenny learned to knit in 2005 and now knits to the exclusion of her personal hygiene. Her husband wonders how long this "knit from your stash" charade will continue.

Nicole (aka Big Sister) is a librarian who knits. Or maybe a knitter who is a librarian. When she's not knitting on the bus or in front of the TV or at lunch or when chatting with friends, she is, well, that's pretty much it. Knitting.
