I looked for you two at Stitches but missed out. Thanks for getting the post-Stitches podcast up so quickly!!! I really look forward to shows.

Thanks for a great episode!!!

Another stellar podcast, thanks so much Nicole and Jenny, and of course special guest star Cirillia, hurrah! LUFFED hearing all about stitches, can't wait for more - we poor Australians don't get ANY stitches, East OR West! So it's great to live vicariously through you guys and all your fabulous adventures in the overwhelming world of fibre shows! Thanks muchly! :)

The three of you made me laugh when you all started talking about the "Color Me Beautiful" Book. I can still vividly remember my mother taking my two brothers and I to a woman who put swatches of various colored fabric up against our chin to identify our "season". I STILL have the "wallet/photo pullout" that has all of my shades in it for 'quick reference' at the store. Yeah....I have done that say...NEVER! Thanks again for the fond memories!

*Sigh* I'm so jealous. I figure I would have to save close to $1,000 to go to Stitches and really enjoy it. That would include travel, a place to stay, etc plus a lot of stash aquisition.

I would be happy to be Cirilia when I grow up. :)

I am excited to hear about the webs bead store. Will they have good deals like the yarn shop?

I would guess Nicole is a fall or summer. I think she would be "warm." But then again, I'm no expert.

who are we?

  • Jenny Check
Jenny learned to knit in 2005 and now knits to the exclusion of her personal hygiene. Her husband wonders how long this "knit from your stash" charade will continue.
  • Nicole
Nicole (aka Big Sister) is a librarian who knits. Or maybe a knitter who is a librarian. When she's not knitting on the bus or in front of the TV or at lunch or when chatting with friends, she is, well, that's pretty much it. Knitting.
