Not sure if it is me but I have only been able to download about a third (in terms of length) of the last 3 or 4 episode in I Tunes. I'm not having this problems with other podcasts, so I thought I'd just flag it up.
So I'm listening to them on the website instead. Really enjoying them, thanks.

wow, the world starts to feel small when you read Aija's blog, have to bind myself to my kitchen chairs to keep from buying Krista's yarn (when i'm temporarily unemployed, no less... you'd think that would be a pretty firm reminder!!!), and then hear on your podcast that you all went to article pract together (near where i used to live).

Great 'potpouri' episode... Glad to hear your feedback on the needlecase - I'd seen those and wondered how many needles they would store.

I found a great, cheap, I mean frugal, option - see pics at:
http://javanutknits.blogspot.com/2007/07/creative-storage-solution.html

And I also use a pencil box for notions/accessories (it's like a BIG matchbox). Works great - and back to school specials at office supply stores are superb for knitting storage!

another great episode! (by the way, i, too, had trouble with itunes this morning so instead i just listened to it from the website.) it was funny hearing you talk about stowe lake because the previous two tuesdays i listened to your episodes while jogging around stowe lake! can't wait to the see babette progress.

I was going to finish listening to the other podcasts yesterday, but cable (and internet) went out. It turns out someone was stealing cable from me.

You must post some WIP pics of Babette! I'm actually doing a similar sew-as-I-go thing with my granny square afghan.

I finally found the company that makes "Road to China." I've been lusting after it at Hill Country Weavers.I almost bought it at last month's sale, but went with Claudia's Handpainted instead, because I couldn't afford enough to make anything significant.

Speaking of yarns I can't afford enough of, I had a great debate at another LYS about whether "Love" could be a "man yarn." I was debating making a scarf for this guy I've been involved with over the internet (he actually lives in LA) I finally decided that, man yarn or not, $60 to make a decent sized scarf as a first project was too much. Instead, I'm starting with a wool ease hat (From there, I go to Misti Alpaca Chunky, then to Hemp for Knitting.)

Speaking of hemp, I took the no sheep class (as I've mentioned before) and Amy Singer brought in a much washed swatch of Hemp for Knitting, and I was impressed by how soft it was. It completely sold me on hemp!

Each time I hear you say "I got gauge, I'm so excited!" (in reference to Babette), I keep hearing "I got engaged!" Which lead to major confusion... you're married, right? You are saying "I got gauge" and not "I'm engaged", right?

Denise needles for sale? Are they still available? Is there a blog I should be looking at? Please let me know! :)

Hi, ladies,

I LOVE your podcast. It's absolutely one of my favorites. So nice to listen to educated, professional women discuss knitting, rather than many of the ditzy girls who've decided we all want to listen to them talk. I, too have had trouble with the last three or four episodes cutting off, yet when I go back the next day and download them again, I get the entire episode. Any thoughts? Thanks again for an enjoyable and informative podcast.

Oh, cute little bunnies and Harold doesn't get one?!?! Great podcast! Although I'm new to knitting and I have no idea about crochet. It's still fun to listen to your exploits on the way to work with my wife.

Denise

I was disappointed when I saw the Love, Rock and Craft yarns, but as you mentioned, there are a lot of great vegan yarns by SWTC.

I love your podcast. I enjoy listening to you while I knit. I've only been listening to podcasts for 3 weeks, but I downloaded all of yours. Keep up the great work!

Hi Guys,

It's been awhile since I have been able to listen and join in, I have had some slight medical issues BUT have no fear *sheepish grin* I am getting ready for a major surgery and I will have TONS of re-coup time to listen and catch up and knit too. I just had to tell ya'll I have used the Vickie Howell's line and I LOVE them! My favorite is the Craft, it reminds me ALOT of Classic Silk in its hand and drape and overall behavior. It gets softer and softer after wash and wear. the only problem I see is that is not intended for heavy wear and tear. The Rock is AMAZING. I adore knitting with hemp, it is soooo sturdy and wears like nobodies business but I must say, my hands get shredded after kitting with it. I limit (not only due to cost ) but because it beats the heck outta my hands, rough but worth it. Well, when ya getta knit with Rock, it has a way better make then pure hemp but still has all the fabulous qualities of hemp. I knit my daughter a summer sweater out of it and wish I would have made it bigger for longer wear.As a matter of fact, I am planning on frogging it and making a bigger shrug or something so she can get the wear outta it for the winter. Anyways, it is so nice to be going over all the pods I have missed:) I look forward to hearing them all. Knit on my friends!

hi there! i just wanted to say i love your podcast so much so that i recently was in sf on vacation. i went to artfibers twice. i met roxanne and kira. roxanne and i talked and she was so nice. i felt as though we were friends for years. kira is was very helpful and made me feel any project was possible. that is the best yarn store ever. i also went to imaginet, noe knit, and greenwich yarn.

i really wanted to say my commute to work is about a 2.5 - 3 hrs round trip in the dc metro area. i'm a nurse like jenny - i was an icu rn but now i work in i.t.

anyway, when i start my car in the morning and hear the two of you laughing i know it's going to be a good day.

keep up the great work. you guys rock!
